General Terms

Gati Movers and Packers have certain terms and conditions that customers must follow while availing our services. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Gati Movers and Packers or its representatives are not responsible for any kind of damage or loss to goods caused by natural calamities, accidents, fire, riots, or sabotage. We strongly advise insuring your shipment to avoid any financial loss.
2. We do not undertake electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work. If required, we can arrange such services depending on staff availability at an additional cost.
3. We undertake the risk of your goods, but no individual policy or receipt from the insurance company will be issued directly to the customer.
4. We provide storage facilities at affordable rates. However, additional charges apply for loading, unloading, and local delivery.
5. Please inform us at least 3–4 days in advance for a hassle-free and smooth relocation process.
6. A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total amount is required before initiating services.
7. If you wish to transport additional goods not listed in the original inventory, extra charges will apply for those items.
8. For vehicle transportation, the vehicle must have an adequate amount of Petrol or Diesel before pickup.
9. After local shifting, all corrugated boxes provided must be returned the same day. Delays will incur additional charges.
10. Extra charges will apply if packers are required to return the following day for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the consignment has been shipped.

Refund Policy

For approved cancellations, please contact our customer support team with all necessary proof and details to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed as per the mode of payment used during booking.

Pricing Policy

Service rates are determined by various factors, including volume, distance, and additional services requested. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions and company policies.
